We complaint about the aircond in ‘Family Suite’ room 301 is not working well at all and inside all covered in dust, request to change another room. In such a hot weather, the air conditioner isn't functioning properly. How can we sleep like this? They replied that ’The large room size makes the air conditioner insufficient in cooling capacity. Our hotel is fully booked and there are no vacant rooms available.
