BAD & FAKE RESERVATION. HOST DONT UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH AND DID NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT US

Disliked Host posted a listing and we paid for the room. On the day of the booking reservation, host did not bother to contact me for checking-in and told us that they is no such reservation. Host did not understand basic english and ignored our calls. In the end, we didnt managed to check-in and communication and process was such a hassle and refund had to wait a week after. Very bad host and fake reservation room. Was looking forward to this and it has disappointed us a lot. Not recommended to stay haiyang at all and will no longer trust haiyang and the host.
