Disliked The facilities were poorly maintained, some air con weren’t working, faulty faucets in the bathroom.

Liked The scenery from the unit- beautiful. The cleanliness- acceptable. The price offered top notch. The security fantastic. The facilities provision amazing.

Disliked The human technician availability upon request was disappointment. When we arrived at the unit, the ensuite master bedroom air-conditioning unit was emitting dry air and the room was almost on heat and yet no human technician support was provided- all correspondence was via AI robotic helpdesk. Even though payment already made a day earlier- no proper update was made. Recommended proper Facilities administrative documentation and management to be upkeep.

Disliked Check in time is quite late but they managed to clean and tidy up the apartment earlier so we were checked in before 4pm. Thank you for the team. Need more maintenance especially the bathroom.

Comfortable stay with a great view and seamless check-in.

Liked I had a very comfortable stay at Gyden Staycation @ Southkey Mosaic. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful view overlooking Johor Bahru. The check-in and check-out instructions were simple, concise, and easy to follow, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. This wasn't my first stay at Mosaic Southkey, and based on this experience, I would definitely consider booking with Gyden again for my next visit. Overall, it was an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Disliked The only aspect I felt could be improved is the standard check-in and check-out policy. The management team is efficient and responsive, but the fixed check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am feels slightly restrictive compared to many hotels, which commonly offer a 3:00 pm check-in and 12:00 pm check-out. I understand that the five-hour window is likely necessary to prepare and clean the unit thoroughly for incoming guests, and I appreciate the importance of maintaining high housekeeping standards. I also believe the team would probably be accommodating if early check-in or late check-out were requested, subject to availability. That said, as a standard policy, the timing does feel as though it reduces the amount of time guests get to enjoy the property. A little more flexibility, where operationally possible, would further enhance the overall guest experience.
