Liked Iam writing to file a formal complaint and urgent report against this hostel based on my recent stay. Aside from its location, this was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in Kuala Lumpur, involving serious illegal activities and safety hazards. Below are the critical violations observed during my stay: Sexual Harassment: The owner of the hostel continuously harassed me and several other guests. He targets and makes inappropriate sexual advances toward guests, creating an unsafe and hostile environment. Theft and Lack of Security: A sum of money was stolen from me inside the premises. When I reported the incident, both the owner and the reception staff completely ignored me and refused to take any action. The hostel is filled with individuals looking for opportunities to steal. Personal belongings are not safe anywhere, not even inside the lockers or personal luggage. Illegal Employment & Unprofessional Staff: The owner constantly hires undocumented/illegal immigrants and fires them weekly to avoid fair compensation. Because of this high turnover, the reception is managed by untrained individuals who lack basic knowledge of check-in and check-out procedure

Liked A wonderful stay in every way. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly, respectful, and have excellent manners. The hotel manager is also an excellent person—very helpful and attentive, and genuinely cares about the comfort of the guests. A very pleasant and comfortable experience. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
