Disliked The building works right next to hotel obscures view of sea.

Fabulous spacious room like a small apartment, excellent value and handy location.

Liked Lovely spacious room with a separate bedroom, a separate lounge, dining area and kitchen. Lots of room for a 5 day stay. Lovely pool on the 14th floor with great views over the city. The location was very handy to a shopping mall, supermarket and cafes. It was very easy to get around using GRAB taxis.

Disliked The hotel has 2 towers and we were in the one without the restaurant. Although there was a kitchen, no crockery or implements were provided unless you asked and then they were very basic. For example, no knives or chopping board. Also no teatowel or dishrack.

Liked The location is very convenient.

Disliked Bath room needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The shower head is very dirty and has a lot of limescale/build-up. The pillow has a bad smell

Good location to stay and shop in KK

Liked Great location in Kota Kinabalu.

Disliked Staff didn’t help my elderly mum who had to carry a delivery of a lot of dried biscuits from a driver at the lobby. Didn’t bother offering help and pressing the lift.
