Disliked Bedside telephone - did not work. Early check with receptionist clsim she is new. Had to head to reception after 11.00pm to check with night shift staff why I cannot turn off the spot light above bed. Apparently night staff was late 11.15pm still have not arrive

Disliked The smell of the scent they using inside of the room amd lobby is too strong.
