It's time to upgrade to make guest feel more comfortable.
Liked The outlook of the hotel building and lobby looks grand 👍 Staff friendly and helpful. Room size satisfied. Bathroom design is nice. Bathroom is superb looks like new furbish, but the ceiling mould already.
Disliked Driveway to carpark is bad. Lift to lobby poor. Corridor to rooms very poor. Room carpet and curtain looks dirty. Room bed is old. Bathroom ceiling mould already. Bathroom exhaust fan very noisy. Shower heater cold water and hot water reversed. All cabinet door fall off, no maintenance. Overall common space lighting feel uneasy.
