Liked property was clean and spacious

Disliked the 60" tv is a hoax. It's most probably only 43" the bathroom lock was spoiled and the door frame was held by masking tape. aircon in one of the rooms was not cold and definitely needs servicing

Liked Big house, convience to collect the access card, big spaces

Disliked Worst home facilities faulty on aircond service, door lock spoil, bathroom spoil.

Overall, the house has potential and is budget-friendly, but it needs an urgent deep clean and profe

Liked While this property is offered at an affordable price and features a private lift which was very convenient for moving luggage, the rest of the stay was quite poor. The unit feels much older than the photos suggest and suffers from a total lack of maintenance.

Disliked Major issues encountered: Common Toilet: The door is broken and cannot be locked at all. The water pressure is also extremely low. Small Room: There is no air conditioning, making it very warm. The fan is noisy and the remote doesn't work, so you can't adjust the speed. Cleanliness: The air conditioning units in the other rooms are covered in thick dust, which is a health concern. Functionality: Most of the LED lighting is burnt out, and many power sockets (suis) throughout the property do not work. Comfort: All the beds were very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
