Liked The hotel rate and it's minutesl walk to beach

Disliked The room was extremely cramped and the furniture and fittings appeared very old and poorly maintained. The curtains were hanging halfway off the railings, which reflected a lack of upkeep. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the layout made it very difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet bowl as it was cramped against the sink. Additionally, the bedsheets provided were stained. When I requested a replacement, the new sheet given was also stained, which was unacceptable. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, and I was forced to climb up and down multiple times to make requests in person, causing significant inconvenience.

DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

Disliked For the first time I got a hotel room with one lost window. It's the family room at the upper floor. They just sealed it with a slightly thick wallpaper, but the sound proof is horrendous. You can see the white paper from outside. Even the wall had bad sound proof already. I can hear people outside doinf their things. Dirty drawers and old, tough stains on the pillowcase. All the furnitures are older than my grandma, and there are garbages from decades ago in those drawers. Heater in bathroom sometimes worked sometimes didn't, had to switch it on and off several times. that's the worst RM311 I've spent in this year, for 2 nights and they said no other room available to change. If your room is this TERRIBLE, better DON'T rent it out!!
