Liked Breakfast was good. In house items need to be look at before guest check in eg, towel, wi-fi in working condition, fridge is ready for use.

Liked The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote.

Liked location at Ampang good uncared for appearance, safe did not work, staff uncaring all bad
