Liked Mattres cover didn't changed after the last customer checked out since there're dirty, the rubbish in the dustbin didn't throw away, the towels didn't collect to wash for last customer... And the air-cond not feeling cold at all..

Liked nice hotel to take a rest.

Liked Reasonable hotel. Staff are helpful. Probably unsuitable for older folks like my parents due to the lack of lift. Location is fine. Close to the Portuguese settlement.

Liked Smelly blanket plus very dirty floor.Plus i have to wait 1 hour for my room to get ready
