Disliked I paid half the price of a nearby luxury hotel, with a room with main door stuck, non-replenished shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer that only works for 2 minutes at a time, needing to cool down for more than 10 minutes in between. Room is very small for two.
Liked We were greeted by very friendly staff. Extremely central location in Bukit Bintang - great if you travel by metro. Low price given the prime location.
Disliked Cleanliness is NOT up to hotel standard - we saw blood stain on bedsheets, bugs all over the ceiling. The room was way more cramped than expected that we could barely open our suitcase in the room. Despite the central location, traffic jam is a real problem if you wanna use grab.
