Unsafe Glamping Experience – Bed Bug Infestation

Liked big tent with air conditioner but please dont come if you dont to get infected with bed bug. It's terrible.

Disliked I booked this glamping stay with excitement, but it turned into a nightmare. Even before arrival, I was worried about bed bugs and took extra precautions by buying zippered bedsheets and bed bug spray due to non cancellation booking. Despite all these efforts, I still suffered from severe bed bug bites during my stay ON 31 MAY 2026. The ITCHING was UNBEARABLE and I had to take medication NOW. This is not just an inconvenience – it’s a serious health and hygiene issue. Guests should not have to fear infestations when booking a holiday. The management must take immediate action to address this problem, or CLOSE DOWN temporarily to prevent new victims from suffering the same fate. Liked Everything, the location that easy to access, the toilets that working well and no faulty, other side activities that can be done, the food that they served, the ambient, it is suitable for single, couples or families. If you have kids, there's a pool. It's clean too. I like everything.

Disliked The tent itself got some smell (I don't know how to describe) but it's bearable. It's normal for a tent that been setup like that. Sometimes it was hard to connect to the WiFi.
