No room, no refund

Liked I couldn't stay because I was told no more rooms despite me booking a week prior, haven't gotten a refund yet after another week.

Overall is a pleasant stay, a lot of improvement can be done.

Liked Overall facility is ok, location quite strategic if we are going to head up to Genting.

Disliked The room should be ready to check in from 3pm, but I check in at 7:30pm but the room was not clean up, the door is opened, and the tower is on the floor, red wine mark was splash on the wall and floor is still sticky. Request to change to another room but due to peak season and request has been rejected. waiting for half an hour for cleaner to clean up, but after cleanup they still left a dirty tower hang in bathe room. I'm also suggesting the cleaner should have proper uniform or cleaning trolly as when they come to clean the room, they are without uniform and cleaning trolly but just with a mop and plastic bag, is really unprofessional and is hard for us to differentiate it is official cleaner or some stranger that pretended to be cleaner.
