Liked Our host was very welcoming and efficient. We felt really taken care of. The amenities are great, it's fully furnished and spacious. Good water heater and water pressure. The A/C worked perfectly. The location is great, lots of restaurants near by. The 24/7 convenience store on the ground floor is a life saver. All in all, amazing stay!
Liked comfort
Disliked the lift AHAHA
Liked Centrally Located with a view of the sea
Liked Great experience. The room was spacious and comfy, and the morning ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!
Disliked Only issue was the TV and remote being slow and difficult to use. Everything else was perfect.
Liked The view from the balcony, though sea view is partially blocked by another condo.
Disliked - building is busy and full of people waiting at the lobby - Security lapse: no cctv on the level and corridor is dark. - cleaning is bad, room smells form the toilet in the living room, sofa, table and chair tops are dusty, bed sheets are not ironed/clean, mattress is stained, bathtowels are like rags - grey with holes. - jojo got the cleaning ladies back to the apartment to re-do the cleaning but we were met with hostility. Cleaning ladies asked fiercely in bahasa Indonesia “Where? Where is it not clean” and when we pointed out to the sofa, she used a cushion to whack the dusty part really hard and walked away. And grumbled to say “balcony door open so big of course it would be dusty”. And we told her we only came in for less than 10 mins. The attitude of the cleaning ladies were really bad.
Liked Very nice and clean unit, amazing sea view also.we are very enjoy here,Jojo is very faster respon also,we definitely will come back again!
