Liked Even without a car, there are taxi (RM40) and shuttle (RM10) services available at the hotel entrance (booking required). Restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes are also located within the building. Hard Rock Cafe and nightly musical entertainment are right next building. The room view is good.

Disliked There was a dead cockroach on the balcony. Also a smell of urine coming from the bathroom floor drain; it seemed a previous guest had urinated there without washing it away properly. After washed away and also soaked the toilet brush in soapy water several times, but while the odor has lessened, it still lingers... Well, the cleaning staff might have overlooked that part while they were busy.

Disliked The environment so clean and nice.. Easy to check in

Liked The room size was generous, with enough space to unpack and settle in comfortably.

Disliked The hotel overall was fine, but the lift service was really disappointing. The lifts were very slow and took a long time to arrive, especially during peak hours. It was quite inconvenient and wasted a lot of time going up and down. This issue really affected my stay, and I hope the management can improve the lift system for future guests.

Very disappointing

Disliked There is not much of warm water for showering. We just manage to wash our face then the water turned cold. Waited for more than 15 min as per instructions but still there is only very little of warm water. No mineral water, coffee or tea supplied Spoons provided are also dirty Hand wash basin also problematic, water flows very slow and even stucked at the first place

Liked Very satisfied, happy to stay there for holidays, playground area.

Disliked Need to clean swimming pool side and lot of mosquitoes 🦟 there .
