Disliked 1 Star Extremely disappointing stay Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating stays we have experienced. The host was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. From the beginning, the check in process was unnecessarily complicated. The instructions were extremely long and confusing, making a simple check in feel like rocket science. It took us quite some time just to understand what we were actually supposed to do. The conditions of the stay were equally difficult, with an endless list of “ifs,” “don’ts,” restrictions and potential fines. Instead of feeling like paying guests, we felt as though we were constantly worried about breaking some rule and being charged for it. Even the parking was unnecessarily complicated. Finding and accessing the designated parking space felt like playing a game, with confusing instructions and a process that should have been much simpler. The apartment itself was extremely small and not particularly clean or well maintained. The walls were visibly dirty, which gave the apartment an unpleasant and neglected appearance. What was even more disappointing was the linen. It appeared that the linen had not been changed properly. We contacted the host about this issue, but our message was simply ignored, which is completely unacceptable when a guest raises a genuine cleanliness concern. Noise was another major problem. There was significant construction activity immediately next to the property, and because the apartment is also located very close to the main highway, we could hear cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Consequently, getting a good night's sleep was extremely difficult. Overall, this stay was far more stressful than enjoyable. The complicated check-in, excessive rules and potential fines, difficult parking, small and poorly maintained apartment, unchanged linen, ignored complaint, and constant noise made this a very disappointing experience.
