Facility and cleanliness are bad

Liked Only the location at the center. Suitable for those driving.

Disliked The facility is bad. 1. Overall cleanliness - toilet, cupboard, lamps. The worst is multi locations you can see cockroachs. I was busy hunting 3 cockroachs which hide under the bed. 2. Broken bed. 3. No shampoo and body shampoo. You have to bring your own.

Filty with a cat in it and no respond when we informed 3 of the staffs- service , cleaning, checking in

Disliked The property was not ready. Previous guess mess was not cleaned. Bed not done. Dirty washroom. Keys were only hand over at 8pm. Very poor response from the host. RM100 deposit collected with no message in booking.com
