Disliked The room was so unbelievably dirty, black mould all over the floor and the toilet was unflushed when i went in. There were cockroaches in the room. They asked for a 50RM deposit which was not returned upon departure and are refusing to refund via bank transfer. i would not recommend for people to stay. staff have been unpleasant on message after asking for refund. They let me check in late which was the only bonus. But do not stay here - it is eerie and uncomfortable especially for solo travellers.

DON’T GO! The dirtiest hotel we have been in our lifes!
Liked Terrible experience! Our room was very dirty (photos attached). We changed rooms, but the new one was also dirty. We asked for a refund due to the very poor conditions of the hotel, but they refused and did not cooperate at all.
Disliked Really bad experience. I gave it 1 star only because there’s no option to give 0.
