Unfortunately, despite the convenient location, the overall stay was not enjoyable due to the air-conditioning problem, the heat and humidity in the living room, and the significant noise at night. Disliked Unfortunately, my family and I did not have an enjoyable stay during our 3 days and 2 nights. On the first day, the air-conditioning in the living room was not working. As a result, the entire living room was extremely humid and hot, even with the fan running. I informed the owner about the issue, but she said that the air-conditioning maintenance technicians were not available and that she could not arrange for someone to come immediately. I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but as an owner, I believe there should have been a backup plan or alternative arrangement, such as contacting another air-conditioning service provider or outsourcing the repair to someone who could attend to the issue promptly. Unfortunately, the problem significantly affected our comfort during the stay. In addition, the accommodation was very noisy at night. There were frequent loud sounds from motorcycles and cars, particularly engine revving, which made it difficult to sleep.
