Liked no frills check in
Disliked They use filter tap for drinking water. I was a bit apprehensive to drink it. but I did not get a chance to buy my own water so, I drank it. Turns out to be alright for me.

Comfy hotel at the heart of KL
Liked Location was good and there was great food just via walking distance
Disliked Entering the hotel carpark was a struggle as the entrance was blocked and they insisted we park valet. But in the end we managed to get them to let us enter and there was ample parking inside.
