Nice hotel but not providing hand soap for guests is ridiculous!

Liked Good location, comfortable beds

Disliked They didn’t provide hand soap. We asked 2 separate people at reception if we could have some for our room and they both stated the hotel didn’t provide hand soap. This is the most basic thing any accommodation should provide, so this brought down our score massively!

Liked The room space is sufficient and 2 king size bed is convenient.

Disliked The shower room without door; this will make the bathroom floor wet after shower, and create Harzard and risk to your customers. The TV is not easy to turn on.. have to ask your staff to turn on TV.
