Terrible service, poor cleanliness, noisy environment, no security, and extremely long elevator wait times.

Liked The view was beautiful.

Disliked Where do I even begin! The staff look and communicate as if they hate life. I stayed there for one week, and my room was cleaned only once, and I received clean towels only once. I had to buy my own towels. They allow people to swim in the pool wearing their street clothes. The noise level is very high. Anyone can go upstairs without any security checks. There isn’t a single bench or place to sit. You have to wait about 10 minutes for the elevator just to go up or down.

Liked Good value accommodation.

Disliked Overall, my stay was okay. However, the cleanliness really needs improvement. The floor was quite dirty, and my feet turned black when walking without slippers. Hope the hotel can improve the hygiene for a cleaner and more comfortable stay.

Potentially an AMAZING place but lots of things to improve 😉

Disliked Staff not super nice, we had to buy the toilet paper because they told us that only one paper was included. No changing towels.
