Liked Room is very clean & decent.

Disliked Need to go a far away to get the key. Its totally ridiculous & staffs are too much reluctant regarding this. They should be fined for it. Very bad experience with luggage & kids. Totally ridiculous.

We asked for glasses to be supplied and never ever got them during our one week stay.

Liked It was comfortable.

Disliked Not very good help/instructions for locating the apartment.Shortage of kitchen supplies. No dish towels. No drinking glasses. Reading lights in bedroom not working.

We will stay here again

Liked ​Fantastic experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back!

Disliked The only minor downside was having to pick up the keys at a separate building. Luckily, it’s just a short walk away, so it wasn't a big deal for me.

Disliked the sky garden only allow for house owner, we are onky allow use ground floor swimming pool
