FLYPOD Hotel

A comfortable stay with great food options nearby, though parking can be challenging.

Liked The room was clean and comfortable, with a cosy bed and a well-equipped bathroom with a water heater. The room also came with an iron, hairdryer and kettle. Although there was no ironing board initially, the staff brought one over promptly upon request. The location was excellent, with a night market nearby and plenty of restaurants downstairs, making it easy to find food. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service!

Disliked The check-in counter and room are located in separate buildings, which can be a little confusing at first. Fortunately, the staff provided a video guide to help us find our room. However, the distance between the buildings and the need to use different lifts may be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests. Parking can also be quite challenging, although we managed to find a spot during our weekday stay.

Disliked Unfortunately, my experience at Flypod Hotel was disappointing.The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, and the service felt rather unwelcoming. As guests, we expect basic courtesy, clear communication, and willingness to assist when needed and pls don't sleep in front desk! I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and provide better customer service training to the staff in the future.

Liked I like in terms of security and safety, the cooperative staff, efficient lifts and location of the hotel near to airport. The eating places nearby.

Disliked for first timer the lobby is confusing. The grab driver dropped us at Aeropod the day we checked in.
