Liked View from our room was great. Breakfast was poor with limited options and the same options everyday. Mostly the food was limited or finished with no refilling.
Disliked Newly renovated units looks empty with almost no furniture.

Disliked Need to pay deposit if you want extra access card (they just give me 1 card), kids club need to pay if you want to enter, not much choices on breakfast, (maybe it's not holiday season). Some things i mentioned above should be free and variety. This might be simple, but can bring extra value to your hotel. Customers would definitely return if their kids are happy staying here.
Liked Cleaning staff were lovely. Pool was good.
Disliked The beach either side needs to be tidied up. So much glass and rubbish. Pretty horrible. Water is un swimmable which is super sad.
Liked The rooms and facilities were excellent. The staff friendly.
Disliked The location is isolated except for a close convenience store you need to drive/taxi to attractions, shopping etc.
Liked Breakfast just nice but waiting time was not arranged accordingly.
Disliked Food preparation takes some time, waiting time the hotel management need to analyz and take relevant actions.
