Liked I love the layout of the apartment, it is very comfortable. The living room and dining room are connected and it's just right for family or friends gathering. From the pictures, I thought the apt would be a bit dark, but when we arrived, it actually looked much better than the pictures!!!! The 2 rooms have their own bathrooms. The apartment is considered clean , I brought my protable vacuum for the bed because my son is allergic to dust and bed bugs and the bedsheet turned out pretty clean! My contact person was Ben who was quick to respond my whatsapp and answer my questions. He first messaged me a few days before my arrival. But I did not meet Ben, I met with a very nice female staff who helped me check in. The apartment has a great parking space (free) and we could also easily order food from Grab, just ask the delivery guy to drop it at the lobby (which is basically just a long and big wooden table near the main gate of the apartment). About the beach, I kinda expexted that the beach would be small and dirty (basee on the reviews). But when I got to the beach,I thought it was pretty decent and big.. I felt that it's enough to keep my kids happy and entertained :) Also ,some reviews mentioned about the loud noise at midnite from the beach. Well luckily we did not hear any noise, the apt is.on the 9th floor btw. The apt was not crowded, making it comfy and convenient getting.up and down by the elevator. Overall a very satisfying 5 nights stay. I'd definitely come back. Thank u!!
Disliked I couldnt figure out how to lock the balcony door, I asked Ben and was well informed but I still could not do it. My husband also tried, but no result :D. Maybe we were not strong enough to push the lock (there's a button that needed to be pushed to make it locked). Despite the apt being clean, one day my son dropped his small toy and it went missing so I tried to look for it under the cabinets. It seemed like the below cabinets parts were not properly cleaned. But I wouldnt know if my son's toy did not fall under the cabinets. So other visible areas were actually cleaned properly :) The light in the master bedroom constantly blinked. I told Ben and he sent someone to fix it right away. The staff changed the light and it was ok, then after he left, it blinked again. So we eventually did not turn it on for the rest of our stay. I'm sure the staff would happily come and helped with the light again if we called again though (the staff was very nice and friendly, we chatted with him).
