it was okay, location wise okay, comfort wise ok, just ok

Liked i guess the space of it all, view wise, ok la, its haze season, so couldnt see much.

Disliked advertisement for one of the room is quite exaggerated (room with sea view) , more like room when open door can see sea view. also the 2nd floor room had low water pressure, my cat water dispenser has more pressure.

Impressive location with a great service oriented staff. Best place to stay if you like a more quiet surrounding!

Liked The incredible view and the fact that it’s in a quiet area between the busy Tanjung and Ferennghi beach. The service oriented staff is also great

Disliked Due to the remote location you depend on transportation (grab) which is OK most of the times. However during busy moments like local public holidays grab can become an issue. Options to reach by foot are limited.

Liked The shared kitchen was fine Washing machine

Disliked Not a good value for money - we had to take two rooms for 2adults + child to get three beds. Nothing is in walkable distance, you have to use a car to get anywhere - restaurant / shop - but due to heavy traffic in the afternoon/ evening even though we had a car you spend endless time waiting in the car

Liked The staff and the owner. It’s clean although the facilities provided is basic

Disliked It’s using stair for second floor and above. Need to open n close the gate manually everytime we want to go out or entering the house

Awesome View

Liked The sea view from the common area is awesome. Our room had a window with a sea view too.

Disliked Nothing to dislike. Just a recommendation: Maybe can add an autogate system for the main gate.
