Liked Very nice hotel Very good location Very Satisfied

Liked Like 1) strategic location 2) friendly housekeeping, front-desk & security staff 3) excellent food especially breakfast Dislike: 1) carpark is too far at Low Yat Plaza - it was raining during 1 of the days and we could not find any umbrella to borrow 2) rude kitchen staff during breakfast - a big Indian guy serving at the eggs counter was very rude to my son by shouting at him to wait for his turn even though my son did not shout/demand anything - such aggressive behaviour will cast a bad impression on tourists and local guests.

Liked Very good location.
