Liked Comfortable room with good facilities, including a lots of seating areas and free tea/coffee. Not too far from the centre - Only a 15 minute walk to the bus station
Liked The stay was execptionally good. Despite very cheap price for the stay, i was very happy staying there. Requested for an outdoor windows as there are rooms with no outdoor windows. The location is good not so crowded and easy access to food and shops. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is a good choice. The room is very clean, all areas in the guesthouse is squeaky clean. The pantry, living hall, dining area are very cozy and comfortable for gathering. The service by the guesthouse team also very accomodating and friendly. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends and will repeat the stay here whenever going to Cameron. 👍🏻✨

Liked The staff is really a plus here: they are so welcoming and nice that you feel like you are hosted by a friend. I also forgot my make up bag and they arranged to ship it in KL. The common spaces are very welcoming (no shoes policy is on) there is a small kitchen if you want to cook and store something in the fridge. The room is simple and basic, clean. They also have their own agency for tours which is very convenient so you can arrange the tour before getting there. We had a room with the windows but we notice there are also some others without, which for us would have been a problem, so make sure you check that before booking.
Disliked As it is stated in all the reviews, the hotel is not in the city center (one main street actually), it is a 10-15 walk, although in 5min walk there a food court with good food, far less touristic. The bathroom is pretty small and you need to switch on the heater for the hot shower, but after a few min the water is hot. Bus station is 20min walk, but you could take a grab as well.
