Stay here for the excellent night views of the Merdeka 118 Tower

Liked Unobstructed view of Merdeka tower from the room. The gym and the small pools on level 16 were great. Convenient location to reach sightseeing spots in KL. Unlike many other residences and hotels, it was pretty quick to get a lift from one floor to another.

Disliked Too long waiting for checkout. Myself and a few other guests waited 15 minutes at the reception for the staff to attend to our checkout and return our deposit.

Liked Great location, easy procedure for check in. Staff is helpful despite check in late at night last minute. Tv functioning and got netflix 👍🏻 Got plates and all in the kitchen and all toiletries supplies are given. However, aircond in master bedroom was a bit hot and slow and towels are so not good quality. Iron wire too short.. Hope can improvise this only. Other than that, i wish to stay longerr. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
