Short getaway for the children.

Liked Location was great. Hosts were super friendly and informative. Easy check in process. Apartment was clean and well maintained.

Disliked The wi-fi was on and off a little slow and network keeps loading. Shower water was a little slow flowing.

Liked The house clean with nice pool

Disliked Really disappointed, TV and washing machine were totally off-limits during my stay. When I message the Host at 5pm asking on how to access TV, he just read and didn't reply until I say want to lodge report to KPDN at 7am next morning, you think you can scam me like that, huh.. What a bummer! I was really counting on using all those cool facilities and it felt like such a waste of my penny to there. Seriously, what the heck?! Totally will not come again to Wave Residence..

Love the top floor and the clean house

Liked The property was nice and clean when me and my family came in. There are stores downstairs and there is a pub as well which was nice to have. The house was very spacious and getting up by the lift was not a hassle at all.

Disliked The water pressure for the shower was a bit low but other than that I was very happy with this house and it was great value for money.

Liked The check-in process was smooth and the location was convenient

Disliked The cleanliness did not meet expectations. The floor was visibly dirty and the bed linen had stains. The baby cot was also not clean, which is concerning, especially for guests with infants. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves hygiene standards for future guests.
