FAMILY COZY HOME @ MIDHILLS GENTING l 8 MINS TO GPO

Nice pool view, misty at sunrise

Liked As per describe

Disliked The stuffness smell of the toilet, location wise its a bit further away, quite dark to get to the apartment at night

Passable

Very good

I WON'T BOOK THIS APARTMENT AGAIN.

Liked bed is comfy. nice room decoration.

Disliked Organization sucks & poor communication made us wait longer time to get new key for room changing at our first day. NOT CLEAN AT ALL (HAVE MANY BABY COCKCROACHES)!!!!! still have A LOT OF THEM even after cleaning. Bet they didn't do proper cleaning for a long time. we asked for changing room in second day but couldn't. Does not provide us better solution. GUARD IS NOT FRIENDLY TO OUR GRAB DRIVER !!!!! we cancel our second day booking cuz the insect problem still not solved. we leave the hotel immediately at 1.30 am thx to the cockcroaches. VERY ANGRY.
