Liked We came back again to this hostel after climbing Kinabalu mountain. Lia was there to greet us again and kindly upgraded us to a bigger private room. Thanks, we really appreciated it ! Lia and the staff are amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful ! Will absolutely come back again in the future if visiting KK.

Liked We arrived late due to our plane being delayed 5 hours. But the staff were so nice and checked us in right away. This hostel has everything you need. One of the best we have stayed in ! Extremely clean !
Disliked People were a little loud in the common room until at least 11:30pm, even though there is a sign indicating to be quiet after 10pm...

Liked I really enjoyed my stay here 😊 The hostel was clean, comfortable, breakfast and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was great overall, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked The traffic noise from outside could be heard quite clearly inside the room, especially at night. The room could use better soundproofing, as traffic noise from outside could be heard quite clearly.
Liked Everything! This place is amazing. I traveled with my friend and we always felt so comfortable. It’s literally perfect. And the staff is so nice! It’s also perfectly clean!
