Misrepresentation vs the pics on the booking site. If location is prime consideration and dont mind the run down shabbin
Liked Was clean enough. Location cannot be beaten, right behind pavilion and walking distance to bukit bintang area
Disliked Absolute misrepresentation. Pictures did not represent the apartment we received. Apartment was run down. Cables strung along and sticking out of the walls. Beds looked well used and bases stained. Cracks in the doorjambs. Ultimate was the main door lock, which was inoperable from the outside and instead of repairing it they just slapped a padlock onto it. Asked property and they showed us an even worse apartment. We left the place. No refund either, even after calling booking.com.

It was great, overall. Thank you
Liked I like the location, the apartment so big can accomodate many. Also clean and comfortable. 2 refrigerator which we only use one. Washing machine to do laundry. The building also has dryer service at level 5
Disliked The master bedroom cramped with 1 double bed and bunk bed. The spring mattress has seen better days. Should be changed. The mattress at other rooms more comfortable. No lock mailbox to keep our key so if any of us come back early they can just take from mailbox
