Liked 10/10 Location: If I could rate the location higher than 10/10, I would. It is right in the heart of Bukit Bintang with everything just a 1 to 2-minute walk away. Having direct, covered connections to both Fahrenheit 88 Mall and Pavilion without even needing to step outside is unbeatable. Spacious Rooms: We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite, which was clean, fresh, and very generously sized. Standout Staff Member: While some of the front desk team seemed visibly overworked and not particularly helpful during check-in, Shafique at reception was fantastic—incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay

Disliked Bathroom Setup: For a 2-bedroom suite of that size, having only one bathroom is a major drawback; a second bathroom is definitely needed for groups or families. Dated Facilities & Inconvenient Lifts: Having to transfer between two separate lifts just to go up and down gets tiring, inconvenient, and feels like unnecessary hassle. Value for Money: The building, lifts, and overall setup feel dated. While the rooms are clean and kept up, a proper modernization would help the property reach its full potential. Given the aging infrastructure and lift situation, the current price felt a bit outrageous and hard to justify.

Liked Location was excellent as it is right in Bukit Bintang next to malls like Pavilion,starhill and fahrenhit, Lot10 and others. Very convenient to find a palce to eat as many restaurabts and cafes are around. the room was clean very basic but spacious.

Disliked Some noise from the road can be an issue at night, especially the bikers. The property should install soundproofing .
