Fahrenheit Bukit Bintang Big Group 13Pax Family Suites

Overall, it's good.

Liked The convenience of the location, the size of the unit is able to accommodate all of my family.

Disliked No extra provisions of towels and toilet papers.

Moderate comfortable stay.

Liked Walking distance to eateries & shopping. Have own laundry appliances, kitchenette, spacious living room, comfortable seating area, air condition. Supply bath towels, shampoo and body wash liquids.

Disliked 1. No instructions on use of appliances (oven, microwave stove) 2. Safety hazards on kettle (broken kettle lid and on/off switch) 3. Sauce pot handle had fallen off 4. No supply of paper towels or kitchen towels 5. Both washrooms lack cleanliness, deteriorate cabinets, continued drips of water from hose 6. Short supply toilet papers 7. Coil mattresses require replacement. 8. Attached Picture of kitchen's switch plate.

Very enjoyable with plenty of space and facilities for our family.

Liked Location was good. Breakfast N/A

Disliked ONLY having 1 door key. This was fixed after we could not gain access to our room...front door lock was changed. And 3 keys provided.
