Liked Room equip with washing machine, very nice spacious room, next to shopping complex , mrt and monorail. Nice view from upstair

Liked It was located at a very convenient area. Making us easy to access everything.

Disliked I wish they would’ve had a proper maintenance and management. Since we were a family, we didn’t expect it to have only 1 toilet as we couldn’t see it on the booking app itself. The toilet had many problems and need to checked. The main door has to be checked as well as it was difficult for us to open. Not to forget, many lights were not working. Nevertheless, an unexpected event where the lift got stuck. One of my family member got stuck in the lift for about more than half an hour. I expected more with the amount that we rented. I hope you can fix the issues before the next person stays :)

Liked Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. The room that we stayed in is clean, all basic amenities are well maintained and also the bed is comfortable.
