Not satisfied with the staycation.

Liked Just swimming pool

Disliked The residents is not exactly like in the picture. It's not really clean especially the kitchen bar. The drawer have died animal inside n it smelly. Toilet all bad smell n some toilet have no light. Tv remote is very bad can't use at all i have to find a way how to make it until can press the button. Call staff also, seems like does not really concerned. I won't suggest to any relative or friends n won't come back to this resident anymore.

Needs to upgrade the facilities

Disliked No laundry, no mirror in each room, the beds are a bit old, no hangers, the iron board is so thin, no water spray for ironing, the pillows are not enough, not enough chair and table for a family of 7 or more. The bathroom the shower and hose for the toilet needs to be upgraded. The doors were not even locked so it was dangerous if they got kids
