Disliked House is dirty

The worst place I have ever stayed at and a bad memory

Liked 20 minutes from the airport Owner was helpful when we contacted by phone. Better than sleeping in the airport floor and the lady let us stay a few hours longer for a fair price as our flight was departing late.

Disliked Only after booking do you realise that this is not a proper hotel. You are sent a whole load of instructions on how to get access to the rooms when you get there. When you arrive you have to follow the instructions to get a key and pass from a post box in the lobby. No one is there to greet you or help you. Then you find the room in this huge complex, lugging your suitcases with you . The room was small and not at all pleasant. The whole place smells even in the corridors. One of the rooms had someone else’s hair on the bed sheet by the pillow and hardly any water pressure. The whole experience was traumatising and a challenge after a long day at the airport after we did not get on our flight . We have a 13 year old daughter and booked 2 rooms thinking they would be next to each other. One was on the 3rd floor the other on the 14th floor. This is for locals and workers, not people on vacation. How this got superb on booking reviews is beyond me and makes me question booking. Com review system. I would not stay here again ever.
