Liked the hotel was good and calm , and close to the city center

Disliked there was no view from our room , and we had to pay extra to use the swimming pool

Disliked Unfortunately no place to eat nearby. But by grab easy,Kak Som Restaurant great choice Not fare...

Liked Good facilities and swimming pool and convenient to walk to shops and walk into central. Spacious rooms.

Disliked Lift pass didn't work a lot of the time so got stuck in the lift multiple times for minutes.

Disliked Very smelly, unclean, sticky floor, ac wasnt working. I informed the hotel management and didnt stay at the property. I booked and paid at another hotel. I want refund for this booking

Liked It was a nice and spacious room.

Disliked The room had a strong bleach smell which made me feel unwell. Also have never stayed in a property with so many unnecessary and unreasonable rules. To the point where you have to dispose of your own rubbish, otherwise there is a large fine! Crazy rules which meant that instead of relaxing, we were thinking about all the rules. Also not a great location despite other reviews. Not really walking distance from anywhere for sightseeing or good food. Staff were also not very hospitable at all.
