Liked I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view and easy access to tourist attractions, all within a short distance. The check-in process was the fastest I have ever experienced—smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Disasterous

Liked Nothing is clean there but the surface of the building

Disliked From the sheets to the ceiling everything was dusty and stained even the towels

Amazing stay with my family

Liked The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and felt it was excellent value for money.

A spacious and convenient family apartment with excellent, helpful staff, but the condition of some furniture needs impr

Liked The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family, with two bedrooms and air conditioning in both rooms. The reception staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. They assisted us with a baby cot, provided a top mattress for the sofa bed when we raised the issue, and quickly helped resolve our microwave problem. They also made our late 1 a.m. check-in very easy by arranging the key to be left at reception.

Disliked Some of the furniture needs better maintenance. The sofa bed had broken springs in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on initially. The lounge sofa was also badly ripped and had been covered with a bedsheet instead of being repaired or replaced.

Liked Book bilik lain tapi staff bagi bilik level 30 view klcc. Thank you!!!

Disliked Toilet dekat bilik master kena cuci.. Lumut banyak dekat ruang shower.. Yang lain okey.. Perfect

Great location in center town, easy taxi pick-up, basic services and kind staff

Liked A breakfast is provided for a reasonable price (8 euros approx.) on level 8 (the same level as the small swimming pool and sanatorium). It's a self service with 4 different dish and pastries. The room was provided with a washing machine and table for ironing and was clean.
