Very poor experience, specially the ammetinities and the pool feature was dissapointing.
Liked I like the cleanliness and overall smells of the room and the place
Disliked The hand wash liquid is a basic need, but there was no hand wash liquid in the room, when asked staff informed me they don't provide. The washroom shower was terrible, very difficult to turn on and off the water. Water always leaking from it. There was no cloth hanger or anything to place the dress and towels during shower. Provided only basic mix body and hair shampoo combo. No additional towel provided. We bought ticket for the roof top pool, but they didn't allow me to bath in the pool even we wear swimming dresses, they say its not proper swimming dress, even there was no refund for it. Overall very disappointing staying here.
