Good place to stay with family, good location

Liked Location 3double beds Mini market on ground floor

Disliked No hand soap at bathroom sinks No blackouts curtains in room 2 Thin towels The lifts take a long time as high density, especially between 3-4pm during check in time. Parking on 7th floor. Cumbersome to drive up and down. Silence from management until day of arrival. Stressful.

Liked The unit is well maintained, good bed, nice sized and has all that we need for a comfortable stay. We are very happy. One of the better one we had experience in Penang, a nice unit indeed. Also, someone took my parking spot, I contacted the host and was quickly resolved with a spare parking lot to avoid my car being clamped. They care a lot that we have a pleasant stay and responded quickly.

Disliked Wasted a lot of time, waiting for lift, +-1hour. We were disappointed due to owner suddenly asked for RM300 as a safety deposit. This amount is too high. Most of the items in the property are fragile, so anyone with kids/small kids needs to be extra careful.

Liked It's convenient. We have been to Urban Suite many times before. Location and facilities are great.

Disliked There's too few elevators for the number of apartments and people in the building. We ended up waiting for a longgggggg time for available elevators every time we go out. We tried to use the staircase once, but the staircase was dirty, smells bad and there's water leakage making it wet. It's more of a building issue
