Liked The bedroom was clean

Disliked 1. Aircond was not working it wasn’t cold at all as special in the master bedroom and hall. 2. The water heather in the master bedrooms toilet wasn’t working at all. 3. The TV was broken 4. The swimming pool was dirty 5. Not getting a quick response from the host 6. They got send 2 people for maintenance but nothing happens. 7. Parking was too expansive 8. No place to hang clothes in the toilet

This place was value for money, great location.

Liked Clear and precise instructions from the host. Worry / Stress free, polite and fast response. Easy parking, great view of the 2 Penang bridges

Disliked NOT THE FAULT of the host, a suggestion to the host - change your bathroom doors to plastic ones. It is the design of the apartment which causes the door to be constantly wet.

Disliked Need to wait to long for a lift ...notice we stayed at level 16...we press to go down to level 9..all lift will goes higher floor and sometimes directly to ground floor....quite irritating....we end up walk down to carpark....
