Disliked Please repair the water heater

Liked staff and housekeeper are very helpful and friendly. room was prepare all the based facilities and water dispenser provided.

Liked Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Disliked No window in the room. The TV program cannot play at all. Bad smoke smells in the toilet. No complimentary for car parking, extra cost RM18.

Generally okay but smoke smell every night bothered me

Liked Generally the hotel is okay. And the staff is helpful. The location is great.

Disliked I wish the windows can be closed better because 8 can smell smoke from outside or the room next to me. it was a non smoking hotel but i can smell smoke every night as it seeps into my room.

Liked The location is good and convenient. The bed was also comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall.

Disliked The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping was also not provided unless I specifically asked the staff for it every morning. The room was also quite small and did not feel spacious enough.

Good for Airport transit

Liked Location, near to airport. Its consider good for this price, we cant expect more.
