Liked I booked a room for two people, and we were originally assigned a room on the third floor. While we were walking up the stairs, a male Indian staff member noticed that my friend, who is on the heavier side, was having difficulty climbing the stairs. He kindly and thoughtfully upgraded us to a triple room on the second floor without any hassle. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and thoughtfulness shown by the staff. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the hotel team, especially the staff member who assisted us with such professionalism and care. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Disliked ROOM NOT EVEN PREPARE A TOWER !! WE HAVE TO ASK.!! IRRESPONSIBLE AS ONLY 1 FELLOW WORKING..SHOWER NOT HOT ENOUGH AND NO KIBLAT FOR THE MUSLIMS !! NO MORE STAYING CHEAP HOTELS IN CH.!!
