Unresponsiveness and inability to contact the person responsible for delivering the unit

Disliked The host's information and contact number on the confirmation form were incorrect and no one responded and the hot weather and lack of responsiveness made me and my family very upset.

I gave it a 2/10 and here's why.

Liked I love the amount of table space provided. The toilet is clean. The refrigerator working okay.

Disliked For that amount of space, i wish the aircond could've been better, it looks old, can barely feel anything. There isn't any fan either. We were hot the whole night. Then in the middle of the night, the electric is out for the whole building. There was a maintenance planned and we didn't get notified about this beforehand. It was up 3 and a half hour later. The kettle doesn't work, there's no battery in the tv remote, and for four people, there's only 1 plate and 2 mugs provided.
