Disliked Refund depo lambat ya, mahu lg SOP 1 hari, ni lebh sdh sehari.. SOP terukkk.. B1-7-5 owner lambat xsuka👎🏻

Good to stay with further improvement on facilities.

Disliked Need to improve the house facilities ie air-conditioning, lighting and room furnitures.

Liked Close to Imago The house was clean, and the TV channel selection was good. Comfortable bedroom.

Disliked Parking Hassle: Stuck at the parking entrance for nearly 10 minutes despite scanning the card (resolved via intercom). Confusing Process: Unclear check-out procedures. Poor Host Service: Unfriendly when asked questions. The host dismissed the aircon issue (even at 18°C for a small room) by simply telling me to close the bedroom door as if that was a proper solution, instead of actually checking or fixing it. Not every guest checks into homestays frequently, so it's normal to experience some confusion during the check-in or check-out process. The host should be friendlier and communicate instructions more clearly and easily.

Great Homestay in the heart town of Kota Kinabalu

Liked We stayed for a week in this property. Feels like home with all full facility in the house and surrounding. 5 bath towel provided. Kitchen equipment is at top notch. Washing machine works very well and drying rack is available at the balcony. The location is very nearby walking to 7E, Orange, Coffee,Dominos,Mamak,Bank,Clinic, Laundry,Gleneagle hospital,supermarket and Imago mall. Owner very supportive for letting us put our luggage first (since our flight landed very early) at the property while waiting the housekeeping do the cleaning. and answered quickly to all our enquiry. Another bonus point is the easy Grab point pick up/drop. Just right outside from the main entrance. No hassle with luggage

Disliked In view of the property is fully aircond and no fan, maybe can improve by putting 2-3 stand fan in the property for a better air circulation. The lighting in the house can be improve since it is very deem n gloomy. The curtain can be improve by putting day & night curtain-the current only have night curtain.
