Comfortable place for my short stay

Liked Overall, it was a good experience. The environment was comfortable, clean, and hygienic. There was a coffee shop downstairs, making it convenient to eat. Thank you, I will visit again next time.

Absolute Garbage: Filthy, Scam, and a Total Rip-Off

Liked Absolutely nothing. It was a complete waste of money. ​Poor Parking Management: I was given a designated parking spot, but someone else parked there. I informed management, and they took zero action to resolve it. ​Unprofessional Deposit Handling: They refused to return my deposit immediately upon check-out, claiming it had to be "forwarded to finance." They are quick to take your money but lack any professional service when it is time to return it. ​Exorbitant Fees: The pricing is terrible, including a completely unreasonable RM 85 charge just for cleaning. ​Missing Amenities: There was no oven available in the unit to warm up food.

Disliked ​Filthy, Mold-Infested Bathroom: The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, covered in black fungus and mold everywhere. It makes you sick just standing in there. Are you crazy charging an insane RM 85 cleaning fee for a dump that clearly never gets cleaned?! ​Stolen Parking & Useless Management: They give you a designated parking spot, but let random people park there. You tell management, and they do absolutely nothing. Completely incompetent and lazy. ​Deposit Scam: They are holding my deposit hostage. When it's time to take your money, they are fast, but when checking out, suddenly it has to be "forwarded to finance." Where is the professional service when it is time to give my money back? Absolute scam artists. ​Zero Basic Amenities: You can't even warm up your food because they couldn't be bothered to provide a basic oven.

Liked The room is too big for 2 adults and one kid. Everything is convenient for a short staycation. Can use the gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Not to forget, the pool is heated, and you can swim comfortably at night or early in the morning.
